1. Who We Are

DiggerBox is operated by Next Shelby Events LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company based in Shelby County, TN. We provide mobile RC construction party experiences for children's events in the greater Memphis area. You can reach us at info@diggerbox.com.

2. Information We Collect

When you book through our website we collect:

• Contact information — your full name and email address, entered at checkout.
• Booking details — the date, time slot, package, and add-ons you selected.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or full billing address. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
• Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically when you use our site.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm and fulfill your booking.
• To send you a payment receipt via Stripe and follow-up communications about your event.
• To schedule and manage our calendar internally (we add your event to our private Google Calendar).
• To send you a booking confirmation email including your waiver acceptance record.
• To respond to questions or support requests you send us.
• To improve our website and services based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

We do not use your information for automated profiling or algorithmic decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.

4. Information We Share

We share your information only with the third-party services necessary to run our business:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Google — calendar scheduling and, if applicable, promo code management via Google Sheets. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations). Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for up to three (3) years for accounting and tax purposes, as required by Tennessee law. Email addresses may be retained for up to two (2) years after your last booking unless you request deletion sooner.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@diggerbox.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies necessary to operate the Stripe payment form (session security tokens). We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for use by adults booking events for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
